Last week I received my first Health Box. It is, quite literally, a box of health. The idea is that you pay a monthly fee and in exchange are sent a HUGE box of health products. It's a great way to sample new stuff and I always take an opportunity to get packages in the post. Health Box works on a one month, three month or six month subscription and although you won't know what's in it until you receive it, they are always filled to the brim with products that exceed the amount you initially spent.
